The Process
At the initial complimentary consultation
we’ll explore whether coaching is right for you, that we have the right
fit, and can meet each other’s expectations. If we agree to work
together, there will be an intake interview to gather information about
all areas of your life. During this intake interview, expectations are
set and guidelines are discussed (such as confidentiality, effort, and
trust). Then the fun really begins.
Coaching takes place either in person or
over the phone at least three times a month. The coaching relationship
has the power to help illuminate what is working well, what isn’t
working, and jointly discovering the path to a successful, profitable,
enjoyable business. Robert starts wherever you are in your business and
works with you to smash through barriers and move forward in all aspects
of your professional life.
Who is
Robert?
Robert is an insurance agent and advisor,
just like you. He started his brokerage from scratch in 2003 and has
grown it every year. He is a member of the Leading Producers Roundtable
of the National Association of Health Underwriters and is also on the
Board of Directors of both the DuPage Association of Health Underwriters
and Illinois Association of Health Underwriters. Robert was honored to be
chosen as a delegate in 2007 and 2008 to the National Association of
Health Underwriters’ national conventions.
He has started no less than seven
businesses, some successful, some failures. Through each startup he has
learned what it takes to create a profitable business while living a
balanced life.
Robert has counseled and coached many
people to success throughout the years. He has a Masters Degree in
Counseling with a focus in Career Counseling. When he worked
professionally in the counseling field, Robert was a Nationally Certified
Counselor and Nationally Certified Career Counselor, and a top rated
Outplacement Consultant. He has helped many people start successful
businesses, both within and outside of the insurance world.
